First Land Release - Superlot 1

Superlot 1 is the first major land release in Bradfield City Centre for the private sector.

This new city is part of the Western Sydney Aerotropolis, an emerging economic powerhouse in Western Sydney.

Bradfield City Centre will become a vibrant, 24/7 global city, driving advancements in industry, housing innovation and act as a premier destination for arts, culture, community and entertainment.

As a large mixed-use site next to the future Sydney Metro station, it is a strategic opportunity for an early foothold in the Bradfield City Centre.

The Sydney Metro line will be open and run every 4 minutes during peak periods and every 10 minutes during non-peak periods.

The Western Sydney Rapid Bus Program will connect Bradfield City Centre with Metropolitan Clusters such as Campbelltown-Macarthur, Liverpool, and Penrith, as well as WSI Airport.

Transport for NSW will be constructing a bus interchange in the main collector road adjacent to the Sydney Metro – Bradfield Station comprising of 16 bus stops to service the rapid bus and local bus networks.

Active pedestrian and cycling networks are also provisioned in the Master Plan.
