WPCA is seeking Expression of Interests (EOIs) from experienced development partners to deliver the first superlot in Bradfield City Centre (Superlot 1).

Superlot 1 is the first major land release in Bradfield City Centre for the private sector. As a large mixed-use site next to the future Sydney Metro station, it is a strategic opportunity not to be missed for an early foothold in the new and exciting Bradfield City Centre.

Superlot 1 presents an exciting landmark opportunity to shape Australia’s newest city and capitalise on:

  • $20 billion infrastructure investment in the region by the Australian and NSW Governments
  • Over $1 billion direct investment by the NSW Government in Bradfield City Centre on enabling works, including quality streets, Central Park, and a nationally significant advanced manufacturing ecosystem

First Building Commercial Tenancy Request for Proposal (RFP)

Western Parkland City Authority is offering the commercial tenancy in Bradfield's First Building (Tenancy 2).

The First Building has an important role in activating the manufacturing ecosystem in Bradfield City Centre and across the wider Western Sydney region, targeting focus industries such as advanced manufacturing, space and aerospace, defence, medtech, logistics, research and development, new energy, and the circular economy.

Tenancy 2 is ~318 sqm (net lettable area, NLA) of commercial floorspace with an integrated fit out and access to common areas/facilities within the First Building. It will be located alongside other tenants of the First Building, including the Advanced Manufacturing Research Facility (AMRF).

WPCA is seeking a suitable tenant(s) to occupy Tenancy 2 via a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) process. This RFP process invites experienced parties in the advanced manufacturing industry to submit a binding Response.
