Located at the heart of the Western Sydney Aerotropolis, Bradfield City Centre sits on the doorstep of the new Western Sydney International Airport.

Bradfield City Centre will become a vibrant, 24/7 global city, driving advancements in industry and acting as a central gathering place for arts, culture, and entertainment.

At 114-hectares, Bradfield City Centre is one of the biggest urban development projects ever undertaken in Australia and is the first major city to be built in over 100 years.

A city of extraordinary futures

Bradfield City Centre will unlock new economic opportunities, create 10,000 more homes, and support 20,000 new jobs for the people of Western Sydney.

Advanced manufacturing and other future looking industries based in Bradfield City Centre will act as a magnet for innovation across all Western Sydney. This will create good quality and better paid jobs closer to home.

With more than half the world's population just a 14-hour flight away, Bradfield City Centre will also be a destination for tourism and entertainment.

Bradfield City Centre Map - Draft Master Plan

The Master Plan process

There are seven stages in the master planning process.

The draft Bradfield City Centre Master Plan was open for public exhibition from 5 February to 4 March 2024, and has now progressed to Stage 5. Submissions are currently being reviewed.

The Plan details how the city will grow over time, creating new homes and better jobs immersed in a parkland environment. It will guide development of the city for years to come.
