Bradfield City Centre - Market sounding opportunity [now closed]

The NSW Government has committed over $1 billion to begin delivery of the Bradfield City Centre. This includes enabling infrastructure to kick start the future development of the City.

Through partnership between the NSW Government and industry, the objective is to grow the Bradfield City Centre into a vibrant economic powerhouse, generating high-skilled, high-productivity jobs.

The Authority invited registrations of interest from organisations within the property, development and investment sectors to participate in a market sounding process.

The market sounding process is being supported by relevant probity controls.
