Welcome to Bradfield City Centre, Australia’s newest city.

Work is now underway on our landmark first building, due to open by early 2024.

The NSW Government is now calling for expressions of interest from suitable operators to partner with us in establishing an Advanced Industry Hub within the First Building.

250 square metres of space will be made available for start-ups and scale-ups - focussed on advanced and emerging industries - to develop and grow their businesses in a shared workspace.

The Hub will be co-located with global tech giant Hitachi as well as the first stage of our Advanced Manufacturing Research Facility, giving businesses the opportunity to use this world-class facility.

Together, we will set the groundwork for a thriving advanced manufacturing precinct
which will become the premier hub for advanced and emerging industries and which has already attracted Australia’s national science agency, the CSIRO.

So join us, as we deliver Australia’s first 22nd Century city.
